Refund policy

 

Thank you for shopping at OpenLounge (https://openlounge.myshopify.com/). We are dedicated to providing high-quality outdoor camping tables and chairs. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns Window

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • There must be no visible signs of outdoor use, scratches, or dirt on the camping tables or chairs.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all components, manuals, and tags included.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Items with clear signs of outdoor use.

  • Gift cards or items marked as "Final Sale".

3. Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us first at bargemanalexander43@gmail.com with your Order Number, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the item (especially if it involves a quality issue).

  2. Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days.

  3. If your return is accepted, we will send you the designated return shipping address via email. Please do not send your purchase back to the sender address on the package without prior authorization, as we will not be able to process it.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), OpenLounge will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Customer Remorse / Personal Reasons: If you are returning the item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/style, or no longer need it, you (the buyer) will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Please note that outdoor furniture (tables/chairs) can be heavy and bulky, and return shipping fees may be significant. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Refunds Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the transaction.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at bargemanalexander43@gmail.com.

7. Damages and Issues (D.O.A)

  • Please inspect your camping gear upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
