Welcome to OpenLounge (https://openlounge.myshopify.com/). We are committed to delivering high-quality outdoor camping tables and chairs to outdoor enthusiasts across the country. Please read our Shipping Policy below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Shipping Zones & Rates

  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship exclusively to the Continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, and APO/FPO addresses).

  • Shipping Fee: FREE SHIPPING on all orders! We offer complimentary shipping across our entire store. No matter the size or weight of the camping furniture (including heavy folding tables or chair sets), there are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Once your order has been packaged and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a notification email containing your Tracking Number.

3. Shipping & Delivery Time (Transit Time)

  • Once dispatched, estimated delivery time to most destinations in the continental US is 5-10 business days.

  • Please Note: Delivery dates are estimates provided by our carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS). Delays may occasionally occur due to severe weather conditions, peak holiday seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), or carrier disruptions.

4. Order Tracking

  • You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system after receiving your tracking number.

5. Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses

  • Address Corrections: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at bargemanalexander43@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed or shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

  • Incorrect Address: OpenLounge is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, the buyer may be responsible for re-shipping fees or any return fees incurred.

6. Bulky Item Shipping & Package Inspection

  • Because camping tables and chairs can be large and heavy, orders with multiple items may sometimes be split into multiple packages and arrive at slightly different times.

  • Please inspect the outer packaging carefully upon arrival. If you notice any severe damage to the box, please take photos immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve any issues with the carrier.

7. Lost or Missing Packages

  • If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check around your property, with family members, or check with neighbors first. If the package is still missing, contact us within 3 days of the recorded delivery date, and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
